Boulder Symphony presents

The GLOW Project

A Dementia & Sensory Friendly Concert Series

Bringing together individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, sensory disorders, and cognitive & physical disabilities along with their families and caregivers for a community-building, heart-filling concert experience.

G - Grow
L - Life
O - Open
W - Wonder

We grow as a community through creating and enjoying live music together.

We celebrate life through musical experiences that bring about memories, awaken the senses and promote inclusiveness.

We are open to new musical opportunities, environments, interpretations and responses.

We experience the wonder, admiration, fascination and creativity that is influenced by music making.

This project includes a nontraditional concert series highlighting the dementia-friendly concerts, and sensory-friendly concerts for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Proudly, this project is in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association SPARK program and the Center for People with Disabilities.

2019-20 Dates Coming Soon!

This concert series features music performed by a Boulder Symphony chamber ensemble and includes interactive participation. The GLOW Project Concert Series is facilitated by Leah Quiller, Board Certified Music Therapist.
